All products sold on The Dude Cave website are offered on a final sale basis. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Should you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery, and we will evaluate the issue at our sole discretion. Any issues reported after this time frame will not be eligible for review.
