Shipping policy

At The Dude Cave, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. This includes order confirmation, packing, and preparing your items for shipment.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out within 7 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the carrier used, but we’ll do our best to keep things moving on schedule.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear once a label is created.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our stated shipping timelines, unforeseen delays with carriers or other external factors may occasionally affect delivery times. The Dude Cave is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed off to the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. The Dude Cave is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
